Concept builds. The projects in the "Concept builds" section are illustrative concepts with fictional brand names, drawn to show the kind of work each platform suits. They are not client projects. Platform and technology names (such as Shopify, Vercel and WooCommerce) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the platforms we work with; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Figures. Statistics on this page come from the Shopify AI SEO Playbook, which cites Shopify data. They describe market trends and are not a guarantee of results for your store.
3. Privacy policy
Who is responsible. The Digital Hacks is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. Contact: hello@thedigitalhacks.com.
Whitepaper sign-up. If you request the whitepaper, we collect your email address (required) and, if you choose to give them, your first and last name, phone number and store website. We use them to send you the playbook and occasional emails about AI search and ecommerce. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) UK GDPR / EU GDPR), which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Zoho Campaigns. The form and our mailing list are run by Zoho Corporation (Zoho Campaigns), which processes your data on our behalf as a data processor. Zoho may process data outside the UK/EU, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. See Zoho's privacy policy.
Hosting and server logs. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, Vercel's servers process technical data needed to deliver and secure the site (IP address, browser type, page requested, referring page, date and time), based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel may process this data in the United States under appropriate safeguards; see Vercel's privacy policy.
What we don't do. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this page, we don't sell or share your personal data, and fonts are served from our own domain, so browsing doesn't send your data to Google.
Booking a call. Booking links take you to thedigitalhacks.com, which has its own privacy policy.
Your rights. You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the authority in your country. To exercise your rights, email hello@thedigitalhacks.com; we respond within one month.
California residents (CCPA). We do not sell or share personal information. You may ask us to disclose or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@thedigitalhacks.com.
Children. This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

Before you choose, this page sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties.
- Strictly necessary: we save your cookie choice in your browser's local storage (key

It contains only "accepted" or "rejected". - Zoho Campaigns form (only if you accept): the whitepaper form, its captcha and its images are loaded from Zoho's servers. Zoho may set cookies or similar technologies to run the form, protect it from spam and count form views. Without your consent the form doesn't load, but you can still read the whole page and book a call.
